I am going to change the format up a bit. I am going to include a spot for you members to put your name. Will help us mods out, will be one less step for us to have to do.
    Thanks

Would you also post in this thread how to get that format into the post. I tried cutting and pasting from another post and then adding the info for the deal I was trying to post but it all came out in plain black. Am I missing something? Is there a template or some icon I can click on that will give me the template? In any case, adding instructions on how to get that template into a post would be very beneficial. Thanks!

The way I do it is....
( I usually have 2 windows open one on the ad thread showing the op and the other one on where I am going to reply, post my deal what ever you call it.)
I highlight the format from the op in the ad thread, then I right click and copy it. I then go to where I am going to post and right click and paste it.
Then start filling it out. No worries if it is all in black or red.

Product here, Overage/FREE/GDA here ( your user name )

    TOTAL:

    MQ: Coupon PLUS SOURCE here

RR: Brief description of RR deal OR ad page # OR link to deal specifications
MATH: (So if there's a mistake, others can catch it

I just did it from the 12/7 ad and it turned out this way. Not sure why yours would turn all black?

I am going to change it up just a bit and not have anything in red, but everything will now be in just black.
Please be sure to put your user name in the spot we have dedicated for that so others will know who came up with the deal.

Product here, Overage/FREE/GDA here ( your user name )
TOTAL: Total price for number of items after all coupons and rebates.
SALE: Sale price. If unadvertised MegaSaver, please make a note
    MQ: Coupon value AND source
AD Q: Coupon value and page #
ES Q: Coupon value, page #, and rebate month
    ESMIR: Rebate # and month
RR: Brief description of RR deal AND/OR ad page # AND/OR link to deal thread
MATH: How you got to the total so if there's a mistake, others can catch it.

If anyone has any other ideas please be sure to let us know as we are going to work on tweaking things a bit the next month or so here in the Walgreens forums.

changing it up again since they did away with the ESR and no more IVCs

We will use this format now (it is also updated in op)

Product here, Overage/FREE/GDA here ( your user name )
TOTAL: Total price for number of items after all coupons and rebates.
SALE: Sale price. If unadvertised MegaSaver, please make a note

RR: Brief description of RR deal AND/OR ad page # AND/OR link to deal thread
MATH: How you got to the total so if there's a mistake, others can catch it.
