I don't know if it will actually give 2 Cats, but the other Kraft deal is buy $10 worth of certain products and this one is 2 cookies + milk. So if you were to get the milk and include 2 of the Oreos or Chips Ahoy in your $10 Nabisco/Kraft purchase, you would be meeting the requirements for both.
