I went to Walgreens this week to take advantage of the Buy 6 Ragu get $4 RR. I have three coupons for $1.00 off each. My total for my transaction, after coupons, was $7.00. No RR printed. I asked the cashier and she wasn't sure so she called a manager, the manager was extremely kind and said their RR machines were having problems all week long (may be a storewide thing) and she did a few things on her machine and gave me $4.00 cash to cover my $4 RR I was supposed to receive.

I applaud kind managers like that who take the time to help customers out!
