It is not the cashier's fault for the RR error. Loss Prevention would not punish a cashier for a machine error unless they were specifically taking advantage of it for gain.

I was going to say the exact same thing... no way would a cashier be punished for the company making a mistake in how it printed the RR to come out. That is the companies error, not the cashiers!!!

Ok I know someone has probably answered this but I want to run out quickly and don't haev time to read 25 pages... If I use a $5 RR from snacks/cookies to pay for cereal, I will still get a $5 RR right? And what cereals are not working... was it corn pops? I can't remember what was said about it.

Please someone help me out

No you can't use the RR from the snacks/cookies to pay for the cereal and get another RR. since they are all kelloggs they won't "roll"

yup...i agree. my cashier just gave them both to me, no problem, and the manager was standing right there. guess my WAGs didn't get the memo.

DW just went to wags got 5 rice krispies bars. 2 $5RR printed out, was this a mistake, it appears to be. if not let me know because then im going back

It was a glitch in the system, which has apparently been fixed.
