Ok so this hydragloss is a new shampoo and or conditioner ? Is that how it works? So Loreal vive pro at walgreens is on sale and you use your coupon to get one normal vive pro and one new hydragloss shampoo making them both free?
Hope I'm getting this right we could use the shampoo but don't need styling products.

Walgreens have all of Loreal Vive Pro haircare B1G1 on 7/13. Hydra Gloss is just one of many lines under Loreal Vive Pro, there are others i.e. Nutri Gloss.

The Manufacturer's coupon referenced above is only for Hydra Gloss line ONLY. So if you want freebies, you HAVE to strictly buy Hydra Gloss. If you buy another Vive Pro item, then you can't use the coupon althougher & just go straight B1G1 free that Walgreens offer.

unless something has changed, IME, using b1g1 free coupon at walgreens on b1g1 free sale is definitly YMMV...

i believe b1g1 sales ring
x.xx - 1st item
0.00 - 2nd item

therefore, cashier or manager may not allow b1g1 manf since the 2nd one has no value to assign to the coupon.

In my BOGO experience, the items ring up x.xx and 0.00 if there is only ONE price of the item(s) in question. If there are multiple prices, they generally ring up some other mysterious way (x.xx and y.yy).

A quick example is when makeup is BOGO. There are many prices (eyeshadow singles are cheaper than eyeshadow multipacks), so they will usually both ring up full price, then the lesser taken off at the end. If the BOGO is shampoo with different types but all the same price, it will probably ring up x.xx and 0.00.

But even this logic can ultimately differ from the programmed register "logic"...

I have issues at the 3 walgreens around me using bogo coupons on bogo sales. as pmfan said its very ymmv. mine say they can't assigne a value and the coupon is worth zero.
