I don't understand this, how is there overage?
They are 2/$3, and is IVC $1 off one or TWO? I am kinda confused, and is this still working?

Yep, still working for this month.
The IVC is $1 off 1 Cutter Personal or Outdoor Insect Repellent, combine with the $1 manf cpn = .50 overage per bottle. But you have to buy 2 for the $1.50 price (There was a yellow sticker 2/$3 or $1.99 separately)
3.00 - 2.00 (2 $1 manf cpns) - $2 ($1 ivc x2) = -$1.00
