ESR #26 and online submission? (Walgreens)

OK so I bought one bottle of WG Pain Relief 150 ct for 8.99, and two Thermacare for 6.00 each, total should be 20.99 which qualifies for ESR #26. I entered both receipts about a week ago, and both are showing up as having been entered, but it doesn't list #26 as one of the qualifying rebates. Is this because it's a prepaid gc offer? Or is there something that's not counting and I need to call them about it before I claim it?

When I entered my receipts for this offer, it didn't show up at first even though the other items from those same receipts did. I called about it and was told to call back in 3 days... but the next day it showed up. It's below the regular completed offers status box, in it's own seperate box. It says "Rebate #26 Ship Sep." or something like that. So if it doesn't show up soon, you should call because it DOES show up eventually unless something went wrong. Good Luck!

I am having the same problem. I purchased 4 thermacare. It registered my other rebates a few days ago but not this one. So thank you for the info and I will call on Tuesday if it doesn't register by then.

I had a similar problem with all the rebates on one receipt. I just reentered the receipt. I got a warning that the receipt had already been entered, but then the receipt was being reviewed and after a couple of days all the rebates showed up. You might try this as it is much easier than calling.
