There is a coupon from Publix in the Summer Savings (just out) for $1/1 Scotch tape, mailers, and something else. Is this the same scotch tape?

Good week to use your free Honey bunches of oats coupon (from the send in 5 other coupons get a free box deal in the Sunday inserts about a month ago-mine came last week). Even if you can't find a second coupon for the other cereal makes them 2 for 50¢.
