I know that there has been problems getting RR's to print or getting stores to take more than one RR at a time and such but today i ran into the most ignorant and stubborn cashier i have ever met. I used a 2.00 RR from last weeks Pepsi deal as well as some coupons. I bought without any coupons the Gillette 2/1. I had several other things that didnt have coupons as well. There was plenty of things for that RR as well as my coupons. When i was paying i was watching the Rr machine bc one had already printed out. It was a 3.00/2 lip thing, the girl told me if i was watching for an RR not to worry bc it wont print since i used an RR to purchase. I told her that what i was waiting on was not an RR it was a catalina. She told me they were the same thing. I let her know i had not used any incentives towards purchasing the gillette so i should be recieving the catalina for a free bottle. She told me i couldnt get the catalina's bc i used an RR to pay. Come on. Seriously. I had to throw a temper tantrum in the store to get my catalina's today. i wasnt expecting the one but i WAS expecting the gillette one and i was not leaving without it. I wasnt attempting to get teh second free bottle right then i had things to do but please believe i was not walking out of that store without my catalina. I even told her she could give me my coupons back as well as give me my money back and keep her dang catalinas if they werent going to follow their own advertising. I also let the store know i wont be back to that particular store.

Yes, it's frustrating. My Gillette cat didn't print out today either. Must be a problem with the catalina company. But that doesn't excuse poor customer service.

the thing is though mine did print and she wouldnt give it to me. i was in such a bad mood all day after dealing with that place.

I'd definitely let upper management know this- that's basically stealing from you- same as if she took money from you. What a shame when people won't do what they ADVERTISE! I'm sorry you had to go through this OP, and I hope you did get out of there with your catalina Q!

My P&G RR says that it is not good toward P&G products, and Gillette is from P&G. I chose not to take a chance on rolling one into the other. So I have more RR than I know what to do with...

Just a thought...sometimes rules are not enforced uniformly.
