If they have the same wording I would suggest we all email Walgreen to find out how we the average customer is suppose to know.

Thanks for the update irishlass! I too am curious to see if they change the wording. The Kelloggs RR I got today is still the same.

My RR also says "May not be used on P&G products."

I say we all pick a Kimberly-Clark product to rave about & write to P&G thanking them for the opportunity to try it via the RR/Walgreens program.

Okay, that's a little mean, considering they DID give us such an awesome deal, but for the life of me...

I'm to the point where nothing corporate says matters; they really have no clue what they are talking about any more than the clerks or managers do. I specifically asked them if it was ok to use a RR from a previous week's deal on a new deal and this is the response I got:

Thank you for taking your time to contact our Corporate Offices. We
appreciate hearing from our customers and value all comments received.

The way our system is set up, if you use a previous Register Reward towards
the purchase of an item to obtain a new reward, the system will not
generate the new reward. We apologize for any inconvenience or
disappointment this may have caused.

appreciate your thoughtfulness.

This message was not from the regular consumer relations department; it appears to have gone up the chain of command. CR did not address this issue in the first email I got from them, so I wrote back. This one was sent from somewhere called Power.Center@walgreens.com.

"Octember" is a made up day in a Dr. Suess book. It's about all your wishes coming true but on the fifth of Octember (meaning it will NEVER happen) Sorry if I confused ya!

Please folks.....no more talk of using RR on giftcards or at stores other then Walgreens. All Posts that mention such can/will have warnings/infractions issued, and the post will be deleted.
