You should be able to use the zantac one for the gillette, as long as they are different companies they do not seem to create problems. And yes one RR and one item should not need a filler.

That's actually what I'm starting to think this means. Does it also say it "may exclude" prescriptions? Because there's some states (like AR) that cannot do the prescription offers such as $25 gc for switching prescriptions. So I'm thinking they may slap the "may exclude" thing on there to legally cover the states that have different restrictions than others.

It'd be nice if they'd get back with irishlass to give us some sort of actual answer on this so we could know and quit speculating.

Hello-Am new to this exciting adventure--I have been reading and learning--For those of us that are truly understanding and taking advantage of the Register Rewards program--it might be wise to email Walgreens and let them know how much you truly enjoy their program. I believe this might offset some of the grief Walgreens is getting this week over the Mass confusion of how the program works. Only my suggestion--I sent my email off about 5 minutes ago.

Thanks for any considerations this may bring.

The problem with e-mailing WAGs with questions is that the person who gets the e-mails is not their atterney, but most probably a teenageer with $7/hour pay [not to offend any one]. It will take forever to hear back from them, if ever we get an answer.

I went into a different walgreens than my usual one last night (only because I don't have dark sunglasses and a wig and I've been in there so many times this week I figured I'd give them a break and go to another one). The manager was behind the counter with the cashier and I had about $40 worth of stuff. I asked the manager if I could use more than 1 $10 RR per transaction (worth a try) and he said no I could only use 1, so I said ok no problem I'll just ring them up into 4 transactions. He hesitated a minute then told me sorry can only use one per day. I said what? Please show me where it says that on the RR. He read one closely and then said 'well thats the rules we were given I'm sorry you can only use 1 per day'.
Thats really crazy unless they take my photo and insure I only enter the store once per day. I guess I'm off to my usual one today to try and use some RR's

My wag's here in orlando is following the 1 rr per item. In other words if you have 8 items and 8 coupons (including rr as a coupon) you are good to go. I have not found one store in this area to differ from this. To me that means good DM and that is what I told them in a e-mail.

My store follows the "if it doesn't beep, it is good" rule, and "if it does beep, and we can't figure out why, you get it, and we will figure it out later, as long as while you are doing it it looks like a legitimate deal". So, they are great, and I raved to the DM about them yesterday... the other store near me also seems to follow the same rules, but I know the store manager there hates me, so I make sure there is no beeping and no questions at his store as much as possible, lol!
Anyway, the best thing about deals like this is that it opens up dialogue between the stores, the DM, and the consumer, and allows us to help formulate training and procedures for all the stores so that we don't get hassled doing what we think is legitimate. As I pointed out to the DM, if he doesn't know, how can he expect me to know??? I just shop there!

Wow...CVS is so much less confusing. Everyone knows cvs rules and policies. As for my $10rr from p&g, I guess I wont be buying the gillette body wash to get the free catalina. 'Cause Gillette is put out by p&g. Wow I just can't believe that you can't use it on their own products.... I guess I will have to buy some HUGGIES diapers....I guess if they don't mind paying for other companies products...they are really only hurting themsevles i think. Oh well! I will just use my "colgate" rr to get the gillette.
