Yes, two nabisco cookies @ 2.50 each and any milk (look for smallest one you can) gets 3.00 RR. You can use your P+G RR's. It DOES roll.

So I can buy 2 cookies and a milk, get the $3 RR, and roll that into another 2 cookies and a milk, and get another $3 RR? I didn't think they rolled, that's great if they do!

I'm not sure if it rolls that way, but I did it with a Pepsi RR and again with a P+G RR and it rolled. Not sure if it rolls with a Nabisco RR though. I was so tickled with the small milk I wasn't even thinking about rolling actually.

This did not work for me today. And i did buy a half gallon of milk. The coupon for $1.50 off milk wyb 2 oreos also kept beeping and they wouldnt let me use it. The line was getting long so i let it go and just spent $7.50 on 2 packs of double stuff oreos and a half gallon of milk. Got no RR back. Way more than i would normally spend on cookies and milk :(
