Yes it is and yes it does. I bought two of these earlier in the week along with some toothpaste and it worked fine. Also, there is a coupon in last Sunday's P& G ad for Olay skin care.

Yes, you can use the $6 Venus RR to pay for the P&G transaction and still get the RR.
