total $23.91 minus:
3) 25 cent off Charmin Q =.75
2) Buy 3 CG get blush free =7.98 (cashier rang both as full price when taking off)
3) $2.50/2 CG (mgr ok'd) = 7.5
= $7.68 ..paid with $6 rr and $1.68 cash
