Yes, it was exhausting. I won't sell any of it.

I will keep a dozen bottles of the cascade, maybe one or 2 of the other stuff, but the 99% of this stuff will be donated to various groups.

The Old Spice bodywash has been earmarked for the troops, as is a few dozen toothpastes. The rest of the stuff will go to multiple shelters/food pantries, etc.

Anyone else overwhelmed with these deals? Maybe my mommy brain just can't function right! I'm leaving soon for my first trip...fingers crossed there is some Crest TP left. DH needs the Old Spice deo. so that will be some of my items also. Making $ would be nice, but just need deo for DH really and want lowest OOP. I only have two P&G inserts from a few weeks ago.

T-O-N I know your not gonna agree with this and thats ok you and I seem to disagree a lot but I still like ya! And Im not really concerned if I am popular or not so oh well :)
But did it ever occur to you that some of those "amateurs" may be just in as dire need of anyone you could donate to. I know many women who have husbands overs seas and yes theyd be thrilled someone is thinking of the troops but they also have babies to feed at home and a house to run. And helping the shelters is great too but a lot of people are one paycheck away from needing the help of a shelter.
WHY does everyone think its ok to brag about cleaning out stores to an extreme and say haha in your face to the other customers wanting the same items just because they are donating. How about doing your part to help by not completely clearing every store in sight and letting someone who is trying to make ends meet get a deal too. Im not saying dont do your deals and dont donate but over 167 transactions? Its easy for us to say well stores should order more but when someone is going to wipe every shelf regardless of how much they order then other customers dont have a chance anyway. Im really saddened by your attitude and I dont care if I get negative reps or not for saying it. I just think greed is still greed regardless of what you do with the products. This isnt one of those times when you can say well each persons needs are different 167 transactions is beyond excessive no matter how you look at it.

Can somebody tell me what is the deal with the cascade? I've searched and don't see that it's a huge money maker, but everyone seems to be buying it. Am I missing something? :shrug7: Thanks!

I have enough coupons that im getting 9 cascade for $12 and im getting back $20 so I make $8 but still I dont have a stockpile of cascade and we use it alot.

It's a great deal. When you buy 9 products, you get $20 back in RR. Which is essentially $2.22 off each product.

Cascade is 2/$5 or $2.50 each. So, after the $2.22 RR, it'll be $0.28 each. If you have the $1/1 coupon that is $0.72 overage, if you have the $.25/1 coupon, they'll be $0.03 each.

I have hit two Walgreen's today and the shelf has been empty. I am hoping to stop at three more on the way home..

Here's hoping I stumble across some since I just opened my last box of Electrasol from last year......

Does anyone know if the shelves get re-stocked within the week. I'm sure it is probably a YMMV.

I should have asked the manager at the first store if there was any in the back. He is always so willing to help out.

You should call and ask your stores what day they get there truck on. My store gets there truck wensday so im going that day.
