Walgreens - HOT Suave RR deal is even better

I think it is working when the register does the original price for the first one and then like 1.21 for the second one and then 3 and 4 are 1.50.
So, there will be two different lines for the discount since the product price was different. Did anyone that got the $6 rr have a line that said 2@ for the discount or did everyone have separate lines for the discounted suave.
Mine had two lines.

Looks like sometimes it took off items 2 and 3, sometimes 2 and 4.
I'm starting to think the best way to do this is with 4 DIFFERENT ITEMS. Or if you have 2 that are the same make sure one of them is rang first.

I just did this deal once and I got the $6!
I got one shampoo and one conditioner of the ocean breeze, and 1 daily clarifying shampoo and one coconut conditioner.
My receipt looked like this:

I think I see my problem,
the two products discounted 50% on the bottom of the receipt were identical, so the computer rang
SUAV 3N1 MLN 22.50z
2 @ $1.75 3.50-50%
Listing the product itself only once plus the four original rings, leaving me with 5 rather than the 6 needed to trigger the catalina.

I think your right.....my DH just tried it and made he had 4 DIFFERENT items and it worked.

For everyone who has done this deal--on your receipt does it say BGLP on the line for both who have been successful and those who haven't??????????

well i don't usually buy anything at WAGs b/c of the hassle, but i think i might have to try this out. My Free Ink Cartridge refill is finally done today so i am going in there anyways. Hope it works for me!

Just going to quickly mention that 2 of my Suave 1/2 coupons came from a link at moneysaving mom's site back in January...don't know if it's still working, but here's the link to her post...I have printed it the # time allowable, but for those who didn't, you might check it out.

I don't normally go to Walgreens but after reading this thread.... I had to take a trip over there! LOL I did this deal twice and got the $6 RR both times. My first transaction, I bought 2 coconut shampoos, 1 orange shampoo, and 1 blue shampoo. The second transaction I got 4 different shampoos.
