The cheapest Suave is 1.79 but 2/$3 -- it's that funny Walgreens pricing. So the first one rings at $1.79, the second rings at 1.21, and all subsequent ones ring at $1.50. Then when it goes to take off the 50% at the end of the receipt, it'll take 0.61 for the first pair and then 0.75 for all the remaining pairs.

So, if you buy four, it looks like this:

$1.79
$1.21
$1.50
$1.50
-$0.61
-$0.75
--------
$4.64 + tax total

If you use two of the MCs then even better.

This is exactly what I did. I then used two of the .50/2 coupons.

How is this any different than just the deal?

Your "I figured this would work" comment confused me ~ this isn't a buy $XX it is a buy 4 units. If the register rings 4 units it doesn't matter if they are BOGO, B1G1 50% or whatever ~ if the register scans 4 units you get $6.

Not sure I am following you. The ad says you have to buy 6 to get the $6. If you buy 4 you are only supposed to get $2. But, b/c of how WAG computers work when they are figuring what items to deduct the 50%, the cat machine "thinks" you bought 6 so it gives you the $6 cat. If this was a regular deal like $2 each or something, it would not work like this. You would have to buy 6. But if you look at your receipt you will see that it rings up 4 items then at the end it rings 2 up again and says like -.61 or something. The cat machine counts those as another bottle. Anyway, hope this makes more sense.

I don't know the prices on those items but my coupons are: Dove Energy Glow Lotion (any size) $1.50/1; Dove Pro-age Lotion (any size) $1.50/1; Any one Dove Cream Oil Body Lotion or Hand Cream $1.50/1; Lever 4 bar or larger soap $1.00/1; Any one Dove Body Wash 10 oz or larger $1.00/1.

I would think it would work the same way for an item on the rr deal that is b1g1 50%. The key is that the item is b1g1 50% and then you would only buy 4.

Yes it will. Anything that is marked with a BGLP on your receipt will work like this.

what is BGLP? I didn't see it in the acronyms list. TIA!
