Walgreens: Trials Sizes and Everyday low prices

I Had No Idea That Walgreen's Had Trial Size Products. From The List They Seem A Little High, But I Will Certainly Be Checking It Out At My Store.

I work at walgreens.Every Feb. or March most stores set a travel or trial size endcap,otherwise yes the the trael size is in with the reg. products.I LOVE my job,coupons and rebates.

I was able to use the $1/1 on Gillette Men's 2 and 1 body wash. The trial size was .99.
I always make sure they ring up other Items (enough to cover the extra penny) first so there is not an issue for me.

I was under the "Same Impression, that all chain stores are set up more or less ALIKE" . . . but here lately, I have been questioning my assumption.

At our Walgreens the Trial Sizes are on an End Cap, which in located at the end of the soap aisle. Now this aisle is a VERY TIGHT AISLE, one that is hard to manuever a cart through

The WORSE AISLE at my WAGS is the CLEARANCE END CAP . . . in fact I wasn't aware they had a Clearance Section until a couple of weeks ago, when I happen to see a Mother hollering at her little boy to help her pick up the products he had dumped over, and the clerk said, "Mam, he didn't do it, everything is just thrown over there" . . .
I thought . . .
I better check that Junk Yard Out, soooo I mosied myself over there and the "Hollering Mama" and I had soooooo much FUN finding BIG BARGAINS in the JUNK YARD

I tried to buy the .99 2in1 Gilette body wash today but the little boy behind the counter was too flustered by the beep and had no idea what to do with it so I just took it off.

In the future just tell them that it won't scan because its less than the value so to just type in 99 then hit the mfc coupon button. And ta-da it works. Usually they will at least try it.. if not they call a manager who then tells them to do the same thing :)

I had to laugh when I read this because I have 6 stores within 3 miles of me. My daughter and I are always arguing over which aisle the product is in and where the bathrooms are as each store is different. It goes something like this:
me: the toothpaste is over on that last aisle by the pharmacy
daughter: no mom that is the wags at 66th, we are in the 44th st. store and the pharmacy is in the opposite corner by the razors, the toothpaste is on the 5th aisle
me: well the school supplies is the 3rd aisle in the back
daughter:mom that is the store on 64th here it's on the 4th aisle
me: just point I'll follow, here's the list, where's the bathroom?
