Scored another Gazelle Vacuum!

I was able to get another Gazelle 2-in-1 vacuum. This one was marked down for me by the manger to $25.00 when I asked if they had any left at the $19.99 clearance price. This is the third one that I have purchased! (They make great gifts.)

So the toal is:
Gazelle #1 $19.99 - 3RR = $16.99
Gazelle #2 $25.00 - 10RR = $15.00
Gazelle #3 $25.00 - $5/20 Wags Q = $20.00

With a $20 ESMIR plus the 10% = $22.00 MIR each.

Grand total OOP for 3 vacuums after RR and ESMIR: $14.01 Money Maker!!

Lucky Deal! I have searched every Wags around here & can' t seem to locate it. Have you been finding it in the same place as the appliances?

I actually called every Wags within a 30-minute drive, asked for manager, and said "Several other Walgreens in the area have the Gazelle 2-in-1 vacuum on clearance for $19.99. I was wondering if you any left in stock at this price." One did and offered to hold it for me.

Many of them did not have any, however, the place where I scored the 2 for $25, the manager asked where they were $19.99 and then said, "the best I can do is $25".

Hey, $19.99 is awesome, but $25 is a far cry from $79.99!! And I suppose $3.00 OOP for a vacuum after rebate isn't terrible.

As far as where they are located, each store is different. But, all of them that I have seen are located on the very top shelf, way above eye level. I have seen some above the appliances sections, some above the diapers, some above the toothbrushes. Sometimes they are behind other boxes, almost hidden from view all together. You just have to walk through your store with your eyes to the sky.

The box is approx. 2 1/2' foot tall and approx. 12 inches wide.

Oh, I am SO jealous! I've checked all over Denver, CO - many stores! - even in Wyoming and Kansas (DS is a baseball player with a traveling team). I won't give up, though. Good for you!

I found one yesterday for that price and caved in and bought it. I find that if I wait too long I miss out completely. The clerk told me all stores were different in their markdowns and said I could bring it back if I changed my mind. So....

Not nearly as great a deal as I would have liked but still better than I would have done before reading all the deals on this site!

I looked again yesterday and they had 1 left but still wanted $49.99 for it,not a deal at all.
A couple of weeks ago I looked at Wal-Mart and they had at least a couple of name brand for around $20 so that might be the way to go to get one.

Im not in a hurry for this. If I go in today (because who ISN'T going in today), and I scan it, and it's $19.99 (yeah, right), Im grabbing it and adding a filler, to use the $5/$20.

If not, then no big deal :)

Ill wait til it IS 19.99, if it gets there. My store had 2, one was a mangled box :)
