BREAKING NEWS Just for REBATES....

Hello all, we are trying very hard to reorganize your Walgreen's forum to make it easier to find answers to your questions. This forum will be strictly for rebates.

If you have a question, please post it here. I will eventually make a FAQ inside this forum for rebates.

You can post anything pretaining to rebates here.

Thanks everyone for your patience, understand and help with reorganizing this forum.

If I submit a rebate to be reloaded on a WAGS gift card, how long does it take for the rebate to be loaded onto the GC ?

I submit online and it usually reloads within 7 days. I *think* the site quotes 10-14 days.

Thank y'all for all your wonderful work on this forum!! :)

It will make it so much easier on us dialupers.. :)

Now I do have a question. When you put in your rebates, but dont 'send' them cause you will be shopping again. Does it automatically 'submit' them for you when the time is up to submit them? Or do you need to go back to walgreens.com and submit them yourself?

I thought I read somewhere that you could come back and submit, or they would do it. BUT I wanted to make sure. Its so hard to load their pages on 24.6 dialup :(

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove a receipt/RFN number from the online submission? I was entering both mine and my mother's because she has been having trouble logging in and I screwed it up by entering her receipt into my account. Looked all over the WAGs site and even sent an e-mail to customer help but found nothing remotely useful.

They will automatically submit them for you at the end of the submission period, but if you have completed your purchases, you'll get your check or card reloaded sooner if you submit the rebate.

I was told 3-5 days on the phone. I'm not sure if that means 3-5 business days or not.

You might have to call Customer Service and see what they can do, but some of them are not very helpful.
