I just got back from WG and at my store you do not get the $9 in RR when you use the $10 off $40. I called their CS and only get a voice mail that says they will call back the next day which of course today being Friday and Monday being a holiday will be Tuesday. I'm a bit upset over this ridiculous way to do business.
This is not correct. I did it this AM without issues. Just another excuse they use when it does not print correctly. Follow through with CS $9 is alot of money!!!

Posting otherwise, including glitches in the system or loop holes, will result in your post being deleted AND/OR Warning/Infranctions issued. We all know that glitches happen. But, we at HCW, must adhere to the guidelines as stated in the RR promotion.

The total was higher than it should have been, but I had a ton of stuff so I didn't figure it out until I got home. Both products have BGLP next to them. I guess I will have to get a refund the next time I go in.
The rr printed just fine, though, so I know I got the right products.

I'm just reporting that I was able to get RR for John Frieda Luxurious Volume (and used $10/40) today (8/30 12:30am, Central Time). Oh, I used the "$3/2 on any" MQ from 8/24ss, too.

I've heard this happens when the cashier hits "total" too quickly to let the computer calculate the 50% off, and it bypasses it. I haven't had it happen to me yet on this deal but in the past I think I had something similiar happen with Naturemade Bogo sale, both items had BGLP but it didn't come off at bottom.

I bought two bottles of the volumous kind, used a $3/2 coupon and a 10/40. bought tons of other stuff, obviously to get over 40.00 after coupons and I DID get the RR.
