What makes me mad is the cashiers resentfully give me the RR's, like I'm trying to pull one on them or something.

Yeah resentful cashiers. Today I checked out with 31.00 oop .49 cents (10 went on a gift card and 20+ was coupons

She actually was peeved I got a RR.

New machines, with new paper ( no red on the new ones )

I ran into this with a WAGS I stopped at last week out of town. When I went to use the RR here at my WAGS, they were not willing to accept it as it was not on there RR paper. I explained where it came from (30 minutes away) and they still had to place a call to CS before they would allow me to use it. SO FRUSTRATING!

We have the new Cats too, without the red on em. I really haven't paid attention to how fast or slow they are coming out. I always check out at the cosmetic counter and really can't complain about the service. Once I had a problem with a Q, and it was there 7 day one that was the problem, mgr fixed it. Then the cashier gave me about 10 free samples too!

Come on up to Wisconsin....we're just happy it's not snowing!

Same here! They printed before I ever paid and cashier did the same thing, used them for the order I was on. I didn't even have to ask her to do it. I sure hope ours stays like this and don't end up slow.

I had that problem today, it was so slow, she said you should have a coupon coming just as I was going to ask where my RR was, and then she started checking out the person behind me, what if that person only had one thing, I would be in their way while they tried to pay, or what if they too got an RR or expected a Cat and they thought I was taking theirs (as a PP stated) Seems like another hassle to deal with.

I might not mind it, if a customer ahead of me didn't want to wait on theirs to print, then I might get their goodies, but would be annoyed waiting on mine to print while someone else was getting checked out.

User applepie and I noticed this a few months ago when our stores got the new machines. If you don't know one is going to print, you'll miss it. I actually started to walk away and then remembered.

I nearly left one, too, because it didn't even start to print by the time my stuff was bagged. I knew I was supposed to get one and I just stood there. The cashier looked at me like, "What's your problem?" Then, it started coming out and I said, "I'm just waiting for my coupon."
