    Vons did accept my RR's but for the first time ever my Vons finally put a limit on how many like coupons they accept. The cashier, who was a manager, told me she will only allow me to use so many like coupons this time but next time it is a limit of 3 per customer. I told her the coupon policy on their webiste doesn't say anything about limits. She looked for her paper and showed me the memo that states they accept only 2 (she got mixed up when she told me 3) like coupons per customer, per transaction, per week. I asked how she is supposed to keep track of all that, she simply rolled her eyes and said "we can't". I think it's wrong of Vons to have one thing printed on their website yet they are giving different instructions to their stores. If they want to limit the amount of coupons used they should at least be upfront with the customers from the beginning and include that in their coupon policy. Just my 2 cents.
    I hear you loud and clear, and I'm VERY glad you stated this. I had planned my entire trip around my eCoupons and that stupid Nabisco/Kraft garbage. I was pretty frustrated by my trip--this cost me at least $25 DOLLARS extra (almost half my trip's expense.) What a huge amount of money for me, a lady on disability. Ah, well. At least now I know for the future, not to depend on that resource. It was an expensive "result", but it's one I won't forget.

    Learning lessons can be hard, but this one was relatively easy. Gotta look for that silver lining, all the time!

    Just a quick thought...Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks are part of the BUY 8 promo @ 1.49 and the new GM CAT should give you 3.50 back on the purchase of 5. Haven't had time to see if there are any matching MQ in addition.

    Shortcuts AND cellfire . There are also some printables out there. Unfortuantely the printables don't double. :sad:

    NONE of my eq's came off either!! So I emailed cellfire and I received this long email about how I need to fax them my receipt and send them UPS of EVERYTHING in my order.... WHAT?? I sent over a nasty email on how they should be able to figure it out after I gave them my Vons number and ALL the info on my receipt. Why did they ask for all that info and then ask for me to fax it to them? It will cost more for me to fax then the q's were! I was livid. I sent an email to Vons/Safeway telling them to stop using cellfire and that I have had nothing but problems. I'm waiting for a response...
