Another Coupon Policy Change(not in our favor)

Vons has yet again changed its coupon policy to take savings away from its customers. I was informed tonight that they will no longer allow you to use a Store coupon and a manufacturer coupon on the same item. Apparently this took effect sometime last week. Bottom line.... I bought the item anyway but I ultimately returned the items about an hour later, because it just wasn't a good deal for me.

Was just there used the tide stain release with a manf coupon, asked my fav cashier about it, said she hadn't heard a thing. Wonder if he was just making it up!

Since Vons is a subsidiary of Safeway, I find that hard to believe. I think someone has misinterpreted something. I'd email corporate and ask.

I called customer service when I left the store and was told the same thing by them. I also find it funny when you ask them what their coupon policy is they say each store has the ability to make their own, and the customer service person would not tell me what their coupon policy was. This change was on a new email that was sent out from corporate last week, which said you could not use two coupons on 1 item, reguardless of wheather it was a store coupon and/or a manufacturer coupon.
So, I would say that is is probably changing and if your store still allows it then hurry and use them together.

I have spoken to store manager and there was a mis-communication with cashier. So, you can still use both, cashier just didn't want to take my couple of coupons. :shrug7:
