Vons E-Coupons

There are some new e-coupons available at the Vons website. You do need to register your card but it doesn't take very long. I have been able to successfully combine both an e-coupon with a paper coupon without any trouble or beeps. The only ones you cannot combine are the e-coupons that are specifically for Vons items with a Vons store coupon.
There is also an iPhone app that allows me to load these very easily (just not the Vons specific Q's) to my card. I noticed that they load new coupons almost every other day, so keep checking back.

Have you been successful redeeming these coupons? I've tried twice with no success, and when I ask about it at customer service they have no idea what to do because "the website is completely unconnected to us and we can't control it."

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Every coupon I have loaded and used has come off successfully. The only exception to that is if your trying to redeem two Vons specific coupons. For example the coupons for Bright Green products; since that is a store brand the coupons are store coupons not manufacturer. So the register will only accept either the printable or the electronic coupon but not both. Other than that I have not had any problem stacking the ecoupons with paper coupons.
