This is my first time posting so I hope I am doing this right. I just wanted to share the great deals I got yesterday at Vons. I paid $1.72 for $60 worth of groceries!
I bought:

2 Lucky Charms @ 1.88 = 3.76 -(2) .55 eQ's (cellfire & shortcuts) - $1/2MQ from Que Rica Vida home mailer

Romero's Corn Tortillas @ 1.39 = 1.39

Romero's Flour Tortillas @ 1.79 = 1.79

2 Progresso Vegetable Classics soups @ 1.00 = 2.00 - .50 eQ - 1.00 (.50 doubled) - .75 Store coupon from the Dinner Made Easy (DME) booklet in stores

Cheese Nips @ 1.99 = 1.99 - 1.00MQ - 1.00 Store Coupon from DME booklet

4 Purevia Sweetener (Thank you, MyBebe!) = 7.96 - (4) 2.00MQ the cashier reduced to value of these to 1.99 so no overage.

2 Pillsbury Biscuits (small tube) @ 1.69 = 3.38 - (2) .30 eQ - $1/2 Store coupon from DME booklet - $1/2 IP

2 Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (small) @ 1.69 = 3.38 - 1.00 eQ - .50 eQ - $1/2 Store Coupon from DME booklet - $1/2 IP

Pillsbury toaster strudel @ 2.50 = 2.50 - .70 MQ (.35 doubled)

18 ct. eggs @ 2.59 = 2.59 - .80 in ad coupon

Yoplait Fiber One yogurt @ 2.00 = 2.00 - 1.00MQ - 1.00eQ - 1.00eQ - 1.00eQ

Halls Cherry Cough Drops (Thank you,Niles!) @ 1.00= 1.00 - 1.00MQ (.50 doubled)

John Frieda Root Awakening Shampoo @ 5.49 = 5.49 - 2.00MQ - 2.00eQ - 2.00 eQ


Total came out to $1.20 + .52 tax = 1.72 I saved $60.20
also used $3.50 cat from last weeks Betty Crocker deal. And I received a $4.00 cat for Pillsbury deal.


All this savings was mostly due to the overage I was getting with the electronic coupons. I noticed if I have multiple of Cellfirecoupons for the same item they all come off regardless of how many I buy. Not so with Shortcuts

Thank you guys for the warm welcome! I had been lurking here behind the scenes and figured it was time to contribute and thank you for all the hard work everyone puts into these forums. They are extremely useful and have helped me immensely! My grocery bill has gone down from $800 a month (for a family of 6) to around $400. I hope to continue to save even more.
I do apologize for not listing what insert the coupons come from but I don't pay attention to that really. All I know is I clip 'em and use 'em

Today I got Ragu (1.25 - .75 store coupon ("make it tonight" pamplet found in stores) - $1/2 coupon from yesterday's insert) = .38 per jar
