While I can't find any fine print on the ad itself, this topic seems to have been confirmed for the worse in this thread. They're getting Scroogey there at V/P.

C&H brown or powdered sugar, 2 lb $1.69 - 35cq = 69c
Pillsbury Brownie 99c - 40cq = FREE
Betty Crocker cookie mix $1.69 - 40cq - 40c cell fire = 29c
Betty Crocker frosting $1.69 - 40cq - 40c cellfire = 29c
Kingsford Corn Starch 16 oz $1.49 - 40cq = 49c
Wesson oil 48 oz $2.49 - 25cq = $1.74

Betty Crocker boxed potatoes $1.50 - 35cq - 40c cellfire = 10c
