That's really awful, I'm so sorry to hear that. The manager is totally wrong, coupons have nothing to do with the cat printing. Vons stores are pretty funny, they run hot and cold (for me anyways). I try not to shop there if I can help it, only if there is a good deal to be had such as this promo. It seems to me like they pick and choose their coupon policy according to their mood. If things don't work out like I plan, I have no problems having them void stuff off my order, or voiding/returning the entire order. Does this store have a head manager that can help you? Maybe if you go to him in a positive way he would be very willing to fix your problem. Don't let him give you the "it didn't work because you used a coupon" line. I have done this deal about 5 times now, and used coupons on every item with no problems whatsoever. Maybe you could find a different store that you like to shop at. I know there is Albertsons and Super Walmart where you are, they are good alternatives. Good Luck, hope everything works out, you'll do great. :smile77:

I do live in Vegas...and go ahead and be sad. NO stores EVER double coupons...and most people are rude. You will find nice cashiers some places...but, good luck! What Vons were you at?? I use the one on Windmill and Bermuda...that manager is sweet.

I too live in Las Vegas. . . well Henderson, and I'm pretty new to using coupons, but the vons near the Galleria Mall has been okay to me. Although I do most of my shopping at smith's. . . I think in general the cashiers are nicer at Smiths and overall prices are lower. Which vons were you at?
