Some stores getting double coupons?

I know that some Vons used to do double coupons and have recently stopped. My store never had double coupons, but I noticed in this week's ad at the very bottom of the last page there is a blurb about "Double Copons Bring your MQ and we'll double the savings!" Then see store for details. Did anyone else have this in their ads...

They still double, just up to $1, so if a coupon is .50 they will give you another .50, but if the coupon is $1 that is all you get.
