I just got off the phone with Catalina. According to the rep, the promo is only running at select Vons stores and not all of them. She said that Vons Corporate can choose to allow the promo to run at all of their stores, or pick and choose random stores. In this case, Vons chose to run the promo at random stores of their choosing instead. The catalina numbers that phinphana provided are only for the E. 1st Street Tustin store. If you want to find out if your store is indeed a participating store, then you need to call catalina and give them your Vons store # so that they can look it up in their system as they will not voluntarily provide a list (I asked already.)

For those of you that shop at the Von off of 76/College, this store is NOT participating in the catalina promo. :frown:

Edit: Never mind. I checked the prices out at Vons.com and they are $5.99 x 2 = $11.98 before CRV. So divided by 5 (3 of which are Free w/coupon) 12pks = $2.40 each. So, Albertsons is actually the better deal at $2.25 each. Oh well, still good deals either way.

I just got back from Vons doing the coke deal. It looks like I could've got (4) 12pks for .86 ea. @ Albertson's... and I paid .98 ea for (5) 12pks at Vons. Oh well... I still got 1 more than I would have at Albertson's. Oh I just realized I used a $2 Cat towards this deal too... so actually it would've definitely been better to do it at Albertsons... oh well, I wanted Gift Card credit to get my fuel card (finally!)

I did this:

(4) Coke 12pks (B2G2F) @ $5.99 ea. x 2 = $11.98
(1) Coke 12pk @ $5.99 (for the B 4 G1 F Store Q) = $5.99
plus CRV for (5) 12pks = $3.00

Total BC: $20.97
Savings used:
10% off (loaded on my card until 12/25) -$1.20
Vons Store Q B4G1F -$5.99
Save $2 off 3 Coke 12pks (from Vallarta sales flyer) -$2.00
