99c rice krispies & fruit loops

Not sure how good of a deal this really is because I'm new, but it's good for me since I'm used to paying full price for cereal!

My Vons has a deal this week where certain items are on sale with Vons Club, but then if you buy 5 of a mix of items shown in the ad you get another $1 off per item. Two of the items were Rice Krispies for $1.99 - $1 Q (11-09-08 RP) = 99c & then the same with Fruit Loops.. I couldn't find the Q info for that one, but it looks similar to the one for Rice Krispies.

5 boxes for $4.95! sounds good to me!

It's a better deal if you have a Kmart around. They are on sale 4 for $10, or $2.50 a box. Double your dollar coupon and they are .50 a box. They will also double up to 4 coupons, Sale ends Saturday!

Unfortunately the nearest Kmart is about 25 miles away

Yeah, I was thinking this was a great deal, until I got to Kmart! LOL I bought 4 boxes at Kmart. Mine is 20 miles away, but the trip was worth it!! Saved over $190!!
