Julie's Apple Berry Salsa -- Delicious and Different I got this at a recent recipe exchange and then made it for a barbecue. Everyone loved it! My DH ate it with a spoon since he doesn't like cinnamon at all. Julie's Apple Berry Salsa 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped 1 pint strawberries, diced 2 kiwis, peeled and diced Mix these together and add to fruit: 1 small orange, 1 tsp zest + 2T juice 2 T packed brown sugar 2T apple jelly or apricot jam (or whatever you have on hand) Serve with Cinnamon Chips -- white tortilla chips tossed with cinnamon and sugar, baked at 425 for 5 minutes
