Fried pickles, anyone?
I just got back from New Orleans and had the best fried pickles! I had never heard of such a thing, but can't find any offered around here. Anyone make them?

No, but our local hospital sells them in their cafeteria. (go figure) Once I tried them, I LOVE them!!!

We have 2 places in Mt Pleasant that fry them - one restaurant fries the spears and drizzles them with honey mustard. The other fries the dill chips and serves them with mustard to dip! They rock!

Thanks! Not that I need anything else to fry and eat (thus killing any healthy lowfat items), but these were SO GOOD!

Now this is a new one on me. Who would have ever thought about frying pickles. What do they taste like? Heck with all the pickles I have I may just have to give this one a try.
