Relish?

So with the fact that I can get unlimited FAC relish through those coupons, anyone know any alternate uses for it? Or recipes that use it?
Other than the usual Hot Dogs, Hamburgs, and I put some in my potato salad?
I'd love to "stock up" since it's free, but really don't have a lot of use for it.
Am I missing anything?

Some people like it on their tuna sandwiches or in Tuna salad/Egg Salad. Check the expiration dates on the jars, usually they are 1-2 years out. I currently have relish that doesn't expire until 2010. BTW, where's the deal on free relish?

Have you checked the mfr website for recipes? Most products have something like that.

The small jars of relish at my SWM are $1, so free. Expires 12-31-08, and I believe it's in the Printable PDFs new thing we have here.
