HELP Need some advise on upcoming Disney trip

My DD's 13th birthday is Feb 26th & DS's 1st birthday is Feb 25th and we were planning on taking them to Disney the beginning of March. Now DS isn't gonna have a preference, everything is gonna be amazing to himbut I really want DD to have a good time. She chose Disney over a skating party with her classmates & friends for her B-Day. Since we live in Florida (only 1 1/2 away from Orlando), we can get the $99 Wild for 3 passes and go to 3 different parks. But which parks should we go to, mind you none of us have ever been there. Where's a good cheap place to stay (doesn't have to be a Disney Resort)? Cheap places to eat?

Nothing is cheap at Disney...you'll need to bring your own or eat offsite. Your DS will enjoy MK, your DD Hollywood Studios (thrill rides) and both may enjoy AK. I'd skip Epcot altogether unless your DD is into science/tech or other cultures.

There are lots of cheap hotels around Disney...just avoid Master's Inn (YUCK). Lots of buffets/fast food around as well.

We went to MK last year, and we loved it! Our kids were 3 and 1.5

Epcot has Soar, which is a fun 3D-ish sport where you sit on a little platform and it straps you in and lifts you up and you look down on a round screen and feel like you are flying. They also have the nascar experience, where you go into a car and go 100 MPH around corners and such. There is also a bunch of other rides that have been there for a while, like the dinosaur ride, the epcot ball and a few others. I love Epcot, but then again living in Alaska I only get down to see family and go to DL once every 5 yrs or so.
