HELP Need help/info for vacation Bentonville surrounding area

My daughter and I are taking an awesome vacation in August. We will be staying in Bentonville. We will travel south to Bargains galore on 64. We will also head over to Eureka Springs and Berryville.
What I need to find is a short lake cruise for us. The only 1 that I can find (within an hour of bentonville) will cost $40 bucks for 1 hour. I find ones for less than 20 but they are far away. Anybody from NW Arkansas know any places? Or any other neat things to do ?
Also need nice/cheap salon to get pedicure/toenails done. (my daughter is excited about getting toes done more than any other thing we have planned!)
I posted before I decided where to stay and my HCW "friends" gave great tips and helped out! Hoping to find some arkansas locals who have some info on places/things to do.

You're looking to do Beaver Lake? I've never even been there so not sure of what is there. You might want to contact the Rogers/Lowell Chamber of Commerce, they are supposed to be really good. They could connect you with someone. As for nail salons, there are a ton here, I just rarely go. I started going to a new place, but it's not a salon, rather just a strip mall place. It's at the corner of Walnut and 540 next to KFC -- Not too sure of the name -- only been once...I think it's Tinas' Nails maybe? Some other places that might be fun would be:
-Walmart museum on the square in Bentonville (its the original five and dime)
-The Jones Center in Springdale. It has an ice rink and indoor pool/water slide and is cheap..like $2 I think. Check out their website for info.
-There might be a Naturals baseball game when you are here which is at Arvest Field in Springdale. They are always fun and not too pricey. Once again check their website for info
-There is a great park at Lake Atalanta in Bentonville/Rogers. It has a lake where you can rent paddle boats/feed the ducks/swans and walk the lake
-On Pleasant Grove Road (Rogers), there is a Fast Lane Bowling Alley/Indoor Arcade and there is also a very nice brand new miniature golf course next door -- a little pricier for these two, but we had a blast at both places the several times we have gone
-There is the Promenade in Rogers which is an outdoor mall with Dillards/Penneys/Old Navy...all the usuals. Probably 50 stores in all.
-There is the U of A in Fayetteville which is always fun to walk, but in August the students will be returning so might not be the best time to head there.

I'm sure there is more, but I'm a transplant four years ago, so my knowledge is pretty limited to what my husband and I have done and now what my 18 month old and I do. Hope that helps!

I would say try the local areas websites for info and possibly even discount coupons for the lake rides.

I dont know anything about the area, but I would say what the poster said above is a great start. Also dont forget Tripadvisor for local info as well.
