Money Saving Tips at Theme Parks/Water Parks

Most colleges offer discount ticket programs, so we always get ours through my stepdaughter. Disney is $25 off gate price, Universal Studios/Islands of adventure is 1/2 off on a two park pass! If you are a student, or know a student check to see if they have a discount ticket program at their school. Usually affiliated with ticketmaster or another ticket company.

I just had to add, if you go to one of the three Schlitterbahn locations in TX, you can take in a picnic/ice chest with you with everything you want to eat or drink, as long as it's not in any glass containers or is alcohol. That is MAJOR savings there.

If you visit the Great Wolf Lodge, take ALL of your food and beverages. It is horribly expensive and not that great. The room we had included a small (not mini) refrigerator and a microwave.
