We are staying at the Flamingo. More than likely will travel by taxi (if we must) or maybe the bus? Planning on doing a LOT of walking...

Sorry.. Completely got sidetracked at home and didnt make it back here.

Try this site for some great Vegas info. We used it alot to get info and updates.

This site has things like shows, places and specific hotels with features to visit.

This site has some good info about Vegas with kids.

Hopefully one of these sites will help you out. I know there was tons of things you could do with the kids.

I created this list for my 4 yr old so that Grandma and Grandpa had some ideas for our business trip in Feb/March.

    Outside activities:

Mirage Hotel volcano, which pops its top every fifteen minutes after dark.

The dancing fountains at the Bellagio Hotel shoot over a thousand jets of water into the nighttime sky to the beat of Frank Sinatra, Luciano Pavarotti and a host of others.

    Red Rocks Park

Circus Circus was such a disappointment I won't bother listing - the circus acts were 5-10 mins and the game area was horrendous - and we're in the amusement industry - poorly maintained/bad equipment, the "winablity" was laughable.

My daughter especially liked the Lion Habitat, and talked about the lions and they went a couple times.

We spent 80 dollar a ticket and watched 3 guys that had paint on there face stare at us. I told hubby that had to the biggest waste of money ever. We had a group of 8 of us go and everyone wanted to leave after 10 min but sat the entire thing.

Don't take a taxi to or from the airport. It will be about $30 with tip each way. Go for the shuttle. The lines are much shorter and it's much cheaper, usually only $12 roundtrip.

I saw a deal on ********** that had the pices marked down for LOVE at the mirage. Usually they are $100 each but the deal was only $65 each.

Facebook has deals where you can "check-in" to certain hotels and get BOGO buffet coupons. We did the Ceasar Lago buffet (delicious) twice and it was only $19.99 each then BOGO. $10 a person including drinks. Bill's Gamblin Hall also has $.50 hot dogs.

Each hotel has lots to see for free. Also, if you plan on gambling then you should go to a few casinos and get a players card. Usually they give you either $5 or $10 of free play. I know you get $5 at Ceasars, $10 at TI, something at the Wynn, and something at the Venetian. Mirage/Bellagio you get nothing :(
