I don't have a particular one in mind, but don't forget to check Restaurant.com for discounts. :)
We are going to Vegas saturday and I would love to hear about some of the best restaurants to go to. We have only been to Vegas once before and would love to try some new restaurants. We love any type of cuisine especially Italian, Indian and Japanese.

We stopped trying new places in Vegas a few years back when the prices went through the roof. I don't have any specific recommendations but most any nice casino on the strip will have nice restaurants of what you're looking for...just be ready.....you're going to be looking at probably a minimum of $40-$70+ per person to eat there :) I'd suggest you wander around while you're looking at casinos and figure out which one looks best to you! GOOD LUCK! I am heading there Wed....it's my favorite place on earth..besides home :) Vegas is full of great dining, there just aren't "deals" like there used to be. WHen I started going 15 years ago all the buffets were 2.99! Now, to eat at a decent one, it's more like 20-25 minimum, gotta pay for those new buildings somehow I guess! HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!
If it isn't free.....it isn't for me!
Ellis Island has a really good steak special and the food is really good - A little ways off the strip but worth it! They are cheap too. There are a lot of good places to eat on the strip depending on how much you want to spend.
jen - if you do find something you want to purchase on Restaurant.com, make sure you call the place you are interested in before you purchase and make sure they are A) open and B) will accept the coupon.
A year or so ago I was 1 mouse click away from completing a purchase (would have been my first) on that site and something told me to stop. I called the number listed with the restaurant I was interested in and lo and behold - phone disconnected, restaurant no longer in business.
I emailed someone who was supposed to matter from the site and never heard a word from them. Last time I checked, they were STILL selling special coupons for the defunct restaurant and I have even been by the place where it supposedly exists and it's something else now.
Google "Las Vegas restaurant reviews" and see if you can find some suggestions from other LV diners.
