Traveling to Williamsburg, VA soon!

Has anyone traveled there too?

Or live by there?

Would like to know of any ideas to do and restaurants.

Do you have your hotel worked out yet? If not, if you don't mind listening to a timeshare, I can tell you a GREAT place to stay!

P.S. Since you love coupons, be sure to pick up a copy of the local newspaper when you arrive: The Virginia Gazette. It's got a great schedule of events and coupons for restaurants. Show your Busch Gardens ticket at Prime Outlets guest services to get a book of coupons for the stores there - really good savings. You can also buy the coupon book for $6, but that's not nearly as much fun.

I live here in Williamsburg. Stop in most restaurants for several free coupon "booklets". My wife works for Jamestown/Yorktown Foundation. Visit either or both. Both are very inexpensive (think like $11). FREE for VA residents Both Food Lion/Farm Fresh have discount Busch Garden/Water Country coupons. Instead of buying a Colonial Williamsburg visitors pass, a lot of the buildings may be visited for free. Hope it helps.

Hi there! If you're traveling to Williamsburg then check out Insider's Passport. It's a daily blog of things to do and what's going on around the area. And they have coupons, too.
