| Re: Where To Stay In Myrtle Beach, SC 2 of my favs are Coral Beach Resort, and Captain's Quarters. Captain's Quarters is more "kid Friendly" with a "Pirate" themed kids water play area, & has arcades, and Bowling. Last time I went though, several of the elevators were broke, and the staff wasn't friendly, so we tried out Coral Beach, and although they didn't have a bunch of kids play areas the kids still had a ball in the pools. Both are on the main strip, and can get pricey though, imho, its worth it though.

| Re: Where To Stay In Myrtle Beach, SC I always begin with VRBO.com when searching for lodging. Check into Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrtle Beach, SC. It is more of a housing community than a campground. Lots of rental houses in there and a very safe place for kids. Has arcade, swimming pools, playground, grocery store, golf cart rental, etc.

Well some people do LOVE Myrtle Beach ya know? I've vacationed there since I was not even 1 until late 20s but cannot really reccomend one place. Stopped going there (we now vacation in the Outerbanks of NC) but did take a girlfriends trip last August to MB. The Cherry Grove area is a little more laid back and family friendly so maybe do a search for places to stay in Cherry Grove. Best of luck planning your vacation!

| Re: Where To Stay In Myrtle Beach, SC We stayed at The Breakers and were quite happy with it. We actually needed to leave a day early and they had no problem refunding our last night.
