Re: Looking for a Good Cruise.... I don't think it's so much the cruise line you choose, although I've heard that Carnival is known for the partying, as much as when and where you cruise. Try to pick a place that is not known for partying, go when most college and high schoolers are still in class and most of all check out cruisecritic.com for everything cruise related. Once you know of a cruise you want, go to cruisecompete.com and type in your info. to get cruise prices sent to your email. The individual travel agents won't get your email address, the quotes will come through your free account with cruisecompete. Don't pay the total up front, just your deposit and then watch for a better price and if you see the price reduced call your travel agent. Just make sure you do this before you make the final payment. Also, look on cruisecritic under roll calls and join in the conversation with others on your cruise. |
