OK I live in TX, but my hubby is working in Bakersfield California for a little while. We want to drive up and surprise him next weeked. My only problem is that I am on a budget!!! A tight one! lol..........Any one have any travel tips? Hotel room tips? It will be a 17 hour drive with 2 toddlers!! Any IDEAS??? TIA
