Help with Louisville, KY

Hi, my DH & DS are planning on attending the landscaping/garden expo in Louisville in October. They are not going to be renting a car, so I am looking for suggestions on hotels that would be in close proximity to the expo center.

Also looking for good restaurants in the area, as well as something for them to do on Thursday and Friday night since the show closes at 5:00PM.

Hi there! There are three main hotels downtown within a few blocks of the Expo Center.

There is The Brown Hotel which is the farthest, The Hyatt Regency, The Downtown Marriot is in spitting distance pretty much, The Seelbach...and all are local to 4th Street Live which has lots of restaurants, bookstores, a CVS, shoe stores, all kinds of stuff!
