Default Hawaii--Large group

We are planning a trip to Hawaii next spring. There are going to be 2 children under 18, and 7 adults. Does anyone have any ideas?

We have a large group going to Hawaii 2/2011. We want to see all of the island so we are taking NCL "Pride of America" cruise. They go to all of the main ports. Seems like a good deal and the food is included in the cruise so that will help keep the cost down.

Hope this helps.

If you don't take a cruise, rent a house. There are lots of options on each island.
Not too sure what you mean by ideas though. Are you looking for entertainment, lodging or what? If you could be more specific, I'm sure we could help a bit more. :-)

All of the islands offer something different. Have you decided on which island? Maui is my favorite with Kauai a very close second, then the Big Island. If you want everyone to stay together, there are houses and large condos to rent. You can check out VRBO.com (hope it's ok to post that??) We normally stay in a 2B/2B condo on Maui that we get 50% off through the Entertainment Book...this makes it very reasonable around $300/night. We eat in breakfast and pack lunches which also saves us a huge amount on food expenses.
Oh how I wish we could start planning our next trip!!

I did that cruise about 3 years ago it was a great crusie. I thought the customer service was horrible on it though. I did alot of activties off the boat about 1,000 bucks worth. I am going on a cruise in nov with my mom and daughter I am hoping to take about 400 in spending money for drinks pics and stuff like that. Then I am going on a cruise and Jan also and my dad is paying for it in Jan so it will be my dad 2 kids my hubby me brother his friend and my dad alot of us. He is paying for cruise we just have to pay for drinks and activties so I will take about 1,000 for that stuff soo we can have a blast.

I wish I had more specifics. I want to stay in a house, however my husband prefers a resort of hotel so we will have sometype of room service. He also wants bars close by. He's crazy. I on the other hand could care less. I know where going to go to Pearl Harbour, I believe we will climb one of the volcano's, I climb diamond head last time (I was 13), I want to hit up the beach and I'm looking for other ideas.
