Re: Planning for Disney World... We were just in Orlando and stayed at the SeaWorld Residence Inn. We were able to get a $79 per night rate. They had a kitchen in the room with full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and a complete set of dishes, pans, etc. They also had outdoor grills. It was really close to Publix so I brought my coupons with me and went grocery shopping. I am not sure if there is transport to Disney from there, it is only about 5-10 minutes away. But there is a public transport bus stop in walking distance which might take people to Disney. It was a very nice hotel and we plan to stay there next time we're in Orlando. They also had a zero-entry pool and a playground, so the kids were entertained.
Plus in the lobby they had tons of coupon books for area restaurants and attractions. If you went to a short time-share presentation they would give you discounted tickets to SeaWorld or Disney. |
