Coupon Fraud - What is it? And how does it apply to me here at HCW?

I am sorry for putting examples in my post above, I should have just referred to the original post for examples. I did not use my better judgment. Again, my apologies.

I also just wanted to ask the question about what the penalties are since I have seen very little discussed on that anywhere! I tend to think that if people are aware of the consequences of coupon fraud that that would be a further deterrant for doing those things. I had hoped that since there was an open discussion here on coupon fraud that it would be okay to ask the question. Again, my apologies!

It was recently brought to my attention that taking advantage of a "loophole" in a deal falls within the realm of coupon fraud. ie: Deal asks to buy a certain size and number of items but the deal works with less and smaller sized items. In essence, that to avoid coupon fraud we must follow the manufacturers intent when they set up an offer.
What is HCW's stand on multiple cards per household for shopping CVS? The store's ads are clear when they state that certain deals are "one per household", so even if the household were to have two cards (maybe an extra one in case one is lost), why is it allowed to discuss running deals on multiple cards for the same hosehold? Isn't that going against the intents of the manufacturers to have only one offer available to the household?
I usually shop Walgreens and I have also noticed that in the Walgreens forums we can't discuss having two cards per household because the Wag rebates are limited to one per household. But again discussion of purchasing multiple deals beyond the household limits are allowed in the CVS forum.

About printables that can only be printed X times, I have 5 computers here at the house, can I print them X times from each one? It would be to a networked printer, so they would all be printing off the same printer if it makes a difference there.
