I have been a member for five years and only have $30. Most of the places I shop are not contributing. :frown:

these steps have boosted my family's upromise savings from $50/year to the maximum allowed!
All of my grocery purchases are either cash or debit, and they always count as long as I use my frequent shopper card.

But for other stores (like BB&B), you MUST use it as credit or it will not count.

Wow, thank you. I'd never realized that I could withdraw money at anytime. I have been planning to open a 529 associated with Upromise, but I just hadn't done it. I also hadn't realized that there were fees other than the original $250 start-up deposit.

The Upromise 529 is through Vanguard, correct? I already have a Vanguard Roth IRA account that I like, so it would be nice to stick with the same company, but I'm flexible. So... I'd love input about where I should invest my Upromise money. Thanks!

I got the upromise card last year in november (to gear up for my surgery) and since then I have added in over $100 to my account!

I am getting ready to withdraw it all right now

Wow. I never knew it could be withdrawn at any time either. Thanks for the update! I am going to mail in my request tomorrow.

Bumping this and adding a link to a PDF form to withdraw your money from Upromise:

Easy to withdraw

FYI: This must be notorized if requesting $200 or more.

I have earned 48 dollars in 5 years. I withdrew $39 a few years ago-I just don't shop where I could earn more, but I don't really care. Whatever little bit I get is better than nothing.
