UPROMISE question

i had ordered some photostamps online and went thru upromise to get the $6? $7? credit....i know one day i looked at my account and it was there. and now it is gone. i just signed up a few months ago so am not sure how it all works yet. but if someone can tell me what happened that would be great thanks!

How long ago did you order the Photostamps?
Have you checked the "Pending" amounts that will be credited to you? I know sometimes it's taken quite a while for my money to show up in the actual amount I have...it's stayed as Pending for a couple of months. If it's not under Pending, I'd recommend contacting UPromise and asking.
