Monthly eCoupon Tracker?

Let me preface this by saying that I have been a member of Upromise for seven years and only have about $80. I could have a lot more but I use the Rewards Network for AAdvantage miles instead of Upromise. Also, I was originally attracted to HCW by the CVS forum and I was very impressed by the monthly/weekly spreadsheets that go out in reference to their ExtraCare bucks program. I am married father of three girls, and I happen to be the deal maker in the family. In addition, I live in Indiana where we have a good 529 program that gives us a 20% state tax credit of up to $1000 (for a $5000 contribution), and they waive the fees if you contribute at least $25/mo; plus, the Indiana 529 is now on Upromise for direct contributions! In order to hit that maximum tax credit, I will need to deposit just over $416/mo into the 529 plan. So, my ultimate goal is to hit that mark each month next year, and I will likely be stopping my efforts to get more AAdvantage miles as I should have enough to take my wife on an international getaway for our tenth anniversary. If I have get enough eCoupon and dining money, that will be great!

Now to the point: I was wondering if we could put a team together that could watch the other spreadsheets (if they exist) and perhaps build a composite spreadsheet for uPromise eCoupons. The idea would be to list the products that have eCoupons and cross-reference them with other deals, like manufacturer coupons, store loyalty programs, and whether the eCoupon will work more than once per month. In addition, we would list if the product has a normal % contribution to Upromise (this could also be listed for items that don't have eCoupons, but are part of store loyalty programs and/or have manufacturer coupons).

I am not sure how we would set this up, but what do you think?

I think it sounds like a virtually impossible task, sorry. Too many items, too many possible stores, and sales change too often.

I would just print out the eCoupon shopping list and stick it in my binder. Maybe make a little note on my shopping list that it's a Upromise item.
